Our guards are made of the highest quality material - a specialized aluminum alloy used in the aerospace industry, providing exceptional strength while remaining very light, which will not reduce the power of your vehicle.

Many shields available on the market are not only made of heavy metal, but are also very thin. Our shields are 4 or 5 mm thick, which, combined with extremely strong aircraft aluminum, gives a reliable effect of effective armor for your quad. In addition, every joint at the bends and contacts is welded to strengthen and stiffen the shield. To protect the shields from deformation, the spacer sleeves are permanently fitted.

Created by the best engineers, the design of our guards has properly profiled and welded edges, so that they slide more easily over obstacles. This solution also achieves that the entire structure is extremely resistant to deformation and has no weak spots. 

Our covers undergo detailed quality checks. In the post-production process, among other things, the strength of the alloys is tested by subjecting the welds to powerful opposing forces. Even the smallest parts of the guards such as handles, clamps and bolts, which are subjected to the process of galvanization for additional protection, undergo the inspection.

All guards are manufactured using CNC technology in modern computer-controlled machining centers. Each process (cutting, drilling, bending, etc.) is carried out with maximum precision, which ensures perfect repeatability of products.

The shields were designed for self-assembly by people without qualifications. This process is also facilitated by a simple and clear manual in which all the elements and the order of their attachment are described.

Our shields are manufactured in the European Union, which means that they must meet all legal requirements, including production process and safety, which in the case of identical products from Asia is often not a standard.
